How we protect your personal data

What data we collect
- From candidates: name, phone, city, preferred position and CV, if you send one.
- From companies: contact person's name, company, email, phone and details of the request.
What we use it for
Only for recruitment, replying to your enquiry or preparing a quote. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing. A candidate's data is shared with an employer only with the candidate's consent for that specific position.
How long we keep it
Candidate data — up to 12 months from the last contact. Company enquiries — up to 3 years, or as required by accounting law if a contract is signed.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction or deletion of your data, withdraw your consent, and lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
