What is the ESPD?
The European Single Procurement Document is a self-declaration confirming that the bidder meets the selection criteria and has no grounds for exclusion. In Bulgaria it is completed electronically and signed with a qualified e-signature.
Do you guarantee we will win the tender?
No. The decision is the contracting authority's. We guarantee a complete, checked bid package that will not be rejected on formal grounds.
How early should we contact you?
Ideally 10 or more working days before the deadline. For a simpler tender, 5 working days can be enough.
Do we need a qualified electronic signature?
Yes. Bids are submitted through CAIS EOP, Bulgaria's e-procurement platform, and must be signed with the qualified e-signature (QES) of the company's legal representative.
Can a foreign company bid in a Bulgarian public tender?
Yes, EU companies can take part. We explain the Bulgarian requirements, prepare the documents in Bulgarian and handle the CAIS EOP submission together with you.
